Better picture up....well a little better anyway.
Are you selling or buying?
List everything written on it and close ups of any issues
Owning, I have had this gun since early 80's when I believe they went out of production. It is a Belgium mfg gun.
They just went out of production.
Looks like an MK2 but hard to say from pictures. Better pictures would help. As I see it about $500

If that's a rib running the length of the slide, you have a Mk II HP.
Aside from foreign manufacture contract guns, they are all manufactured in Belgium. I have no idea how the "Belgium manufacture" thing started, but it was some time after FN started adding assembled in Portugal to the rollmark. To stir the pot even further, FN/Browning started assembly of HPs at their plant in Portugal well before they added that to their rollmark. HPs have never been manufactured by FN in Portugal.
Value is going to vary widely, particularly right now on top of the usual issues like the condition of the finish. Some prospective purchasers prefer the Mk II models, but for most buyers it is either a classic HP or a new HP.
I have the original receipt from Carters, the gun has had less the 50 rounds down the barrel.
