I'm also very interested in this. I have been thinking about the viability of a DI 9mm AR. I know there are smaller companies that make them, but I always go back to thinking that the MPX is probably the least hassle to get a non-blowback AR-style 9mm gun. There is very little in the way of pictures or explanation about how exactly it works, but I'm sure that will come out with time.

Straight blowback is a simple (perhaps crude) system.

The delayed blowback concept is well proven in the MP5.

Its nice to see at least two AR9 options that use more sophisticated operating systems than straight blowback.
