woot. got super lucky today. bought an aimpoint aco (new) on ebay for $289. Guess what arrived?.....a PRO! i messaged the seller who proceeded to tell me i didnt know what i was talking about!!! So now i have a new Aimpoint Pro...WOOT!!!

Hopefully it is a mistake in your favor, but many counterfeit stories sound just like yours. You might want to check with Aimpoint Actual regarding the bona fides of your new purchase.
