Maybe a silly question, but a lot of the lens specs are about impact protection. Curious about clarity and UV blocking range of the lens. Thanks
We try to have the laundry list of specs on the actual web pages, but yes...they are full 100% UVA/UVB protection, have anti-reflective, anti-scratch, and oleophobic coatings (helps a lot with smudge resistance). The lenses are absolutely optically correct, edge to edge, and we use a very high end polarization that is phone, dot sight, (including EoTech) and most LCD screen friendly. We have used a slightly higher light transmissivity than normal fashion oriented glasses, so that it’s enough protection and light reduction in full sun, but not so much that you need to take them off in overcast conditions. The unpolarized rose are the highest light transmission, and are great for even early morning and evening. The mirror flash treatments block slightly more light than the non-mirrors, and, of course, also block slightly more color hues in the shade of the mirror. With the combinations of coatings, tints, and treatments that we used, we could have come up with a fancy name for the combination and made up some marketing stuff, but the reality is that they are just great lenses and we’d rather not try to be pretentious about it.
