Looking for 20-24" barrels

Hey guys first post...ive tried searching for barrels but cant find many results or maybe im not searching for the right words. But im looking to build a new rifle more for distance, something that will be good at 100 yards or 400 yards, and id like a 20-24" bull barrel for under $500, any body got any suggestions and tell me about quality.

I've been eyeballing careycustomrifleco.com for a 22" or so upper. Their price may be a little more than you were looking though. I am a fan of Shilen barrels.
