Arsenal 106f 106fr concerns.....

With all the concerns/problems associated with the Arsenal 106's, at what point would you run into the problems? I have both a f and fr model and have so far ran 300 rounds through each one, (10-30 round mags each) and they have ran great so far.Could the problems mentioned on the forums still suface or am I good to go?
