Saw that too, I turned off the tv. Fox is the new CNN, weekend programing is all left. Can't stand that Neville and the other side kick. Tucker, Maria and Dobbs. Gutfeld show sometimes for entertainment.

I'm sure the dumb-ass is referring to 2 of the 3 votes North Dakota has, i.e. the 2 from the Senate seats it holds. Of course the Senate was designed to prevent the population areas from running roughshod over "flyover country". The Founders were wise beyond their years.....
