Toten, I dont know your experience but I have used my Quick Cuff for about twenty years as a sniper. It was developed because of short falls I saw with 1907 design. The Army actualy has used my slings at SOTIC for about ten years.
Technolgy is a great thing. There is nothing a 1907 design sling does better than the Quick Cuff except be old in design. Quick Cuff is faster, does not flag your muzzle getting into and out of position like a 1907 design does, QC lasts longer, Quick Cuff is stronger. Now I dont know about you but even though folks still fly Bi-Planes I wnat a F16 protecting my butt. Your mileage may vary
