AK mounted Ultimak and gas tube / block cleaning...

This would be for Russian surplus 7N6 corrosive 5.45x39. I guess eventually the gas tube would rust weld to the gas block further ensuring a stable Ultimak mount.

I run hot water down the gas tube and block, so should I get the Ultimak this wouldn't change. I think I got my 12GA chamber brush with handle through a 7.62 gas tube no problem.

Guess I'm trying to talk myself into the Botach H-1 discount deal.

I don't know what happened to that thread, but I ordered an H-1 on Sunday, received a confirmation email, and am waiting for a further update hopefully by tomorrow. My UltiMAK will not see any corrosive ammo.

Ultimaks mount is aluminum......doesn't rust.
