No, they're commercial grade for sale here in the US.
They lack the steel reinforcements and the steel locking lugs.
The only polymer magazine I would trust are the Arsenal Bulgaria "waffle" pattern mags, with the double circle 10 proof.

They are OK for range mags - if you don't drop them. I dropped one and it shattered at the base.
