Check out some of Molon's posts here and over on TOS. Instead of one-off three shot groups, he uses 10 shot groups and aggregates them to give a good idea of what a specific round in his ARs are capapble of.
The Second Amendment ACKNOWLEDGES our right to own and bear arms that are in common use that can be used for lawful purposes. The arms can be restricted ONLY if subject to historical analogue from the founding era or is dangerous (unsafe) AND unusual.
It's that simple.

Molon still mills about here, and elsewhere, but he's an amazing resource for getting a realistic expectation of mechanical accuracy.
