    USCCA insurance for gun owners?

Been suspicious of the value of USCCA, and yet to hear from anyone who was charged and defended by USCCA. This attorney breaks down why it's probably of little/no value if one is criminally charged, although has a clear conflict of interest:

I cancelled my policy with USCCA and went with another company.

    Didn't watch the video but....

USCCA can recoup their costs if you plead to a lesser offense . Not good

Following. I have a local attorney on retainer just in case, but that does me no good if I'm out of state and SHTF.

I did a little research into this about a year ago and, at that time, CCW Safe seemed like the best option. I didn't end up buying coverage though, and I haven't kept up with the options and such since my initial looking into it, so take that recommendation for what it's worth...

Had to take a class for a chp because mine expired and the range is owned by a uscca trainer.

8 hours long and they don't tell you that.
25 minutes of it was a uscca insurance salesman, he made some good points especially for our state which has a duty to retreat.

But with some word salad, duty to retreat can be used for you.
I like before the year end you don't want it anymore they will refund you every red cent.

Must be nice haing the option, here in WA our insurance commissioner unilaterally banned them as "murder insurance" because they help prevent his butt-buddy Pedo Bob the AG from bankrupting Good Guys.

Piss on Inslee, piss on Turd Feguson, piss on Kreidler and most of all piss on all WA Dems and all who support them!

I went with CCW Safe. It's a legal membership plan -- not insurance.

Insurance companies cannot indemnity a policyholder for losses caused by criminal actions. If you defend yourself but end up taking a plea bargain to avoid prison you will likely not have coverage under an insurance policy

    I have www.firearmslegal.com .
"Firearms Legal Protection", I spoke to one of the local lawyers I would call even without the policy and he said that it was the best coverage for the money.

We have a family plan (the wife and myself) and our cost is locked for life.

We started with them around 2015 but now the rates are about double what we pay so I'm not certain it's still the best value.

Rumored Kiddie-Diddler Kreidler disagrees, and sadly in WA he has absolute say--and in his mind any legal aid after a self-defense is "benefitting from murder and POCA and therefore prohibited." This state needs an enema...
