I bought my V7 pistol a year ago LEGALLY. How can you make a legal item all the sudden illegal. You can destroy the brace? SO i bought something legally and have to destroy it lol. I went ahead and did thee sbr thing but am regretting the decision

About the only thing is to financially support the organizations suing the ATF over the ruling and be polically active.

You are definitely not alone in your frustration.

Guys I know are just like "fukk it!". They can always pull it off if this corrupt agency gets stupid enough to try enforcement.

    Perspective.

    • NFA is about Federal taxation of manufacture and transfer.

    • Years ago you made or bought that pistol, (or other thing). AFT said no tax was owed.

    • Now, years later AFT said what you did back then was taxable.

    • Now AFT wants the tax, or they demand you destroy the pistol (or other thing).

    • If some cases AFT refuses to collect the tax because they decided the "thing" was illegal all along.
(like bump stocks, forced reset triggers, etc)

    So what will be next?
