    My AP5 was approved in 40ish days before the amnesty thing came online. My AP5-P took 75 days after the amnesty thing started.

    I submitted three during the amnesty. The first submitted was the last approved.

    NM governor declares she has powers to suspend Bill of Rights.
    ATF is overreaching.
    Taxes on guns & ammo going way up.
    I sure hope people are ready to forget about "approvals".

    This one was finally approved last week. All three amnesty ones I filed are now approved. Two at a little over two months, and the last at three months.

    On to suppressors!
    The Second Amendment ACKNOWLEDGES our right to own and bear arms that are in common use that can be used for lawful purposes. The arms can be restricted ONLY if subject to historical analogue from the founding era or is dangerous (unsafe) AND unusual.

    It's that simple.
