3 steel is a Carbine
2 steel, 1 tungsten is H(H1).
2 Tungsten (1 steel) is H2.
3 tungsten is H3.

He's using BCM's version of an A5 length receiver extension which uses longer buffers that take 4 weights and a biasing spring.

This was in reference to 1168's use of "It’s baseline is with a Sprinco White and a H0 buffer, 16” midlength barrel." I confirmed that by H0 he meant a standard Carbine buffer.

Actually, it was my mistake. I thought you were referring to the OP who was using an A5 extension. Didn't realize Disciple, whom you were responding to, was talking about a carbine buffer. You are correct in what you wrote.
