I’ve used mine for about 10,000+ rounds now, no mad failure yet with them. Watch I just jinxed myself

That's impressive. I'd be loyal to these mags too.

Is the goto way to identify these mags is no holes in the side? And did they ever make 10 rounders?

I'm sure if Wilsons tweaked a few things here and there they could make a version of this magazine without patent infringement. I also have several of these magazines and they run well.

Unless he's been sentenced or you know something, we don't really know any of that yet. The fact that he had already pled guilty by the time the indictments were announced means he is likely cooperating with the government in prosecuting the other defendants. His likely non-existent criminal history, age, health, military service, etc. make it unlikely that he will guideline very high for potential time.

I have a WWI vintage 1911 and so long as I use GI mags, it runs.

I was told by an old school 1911 Gsmith that he tested all his guns with 7 round colt mag. The only true test for reliability.

I definitely prefer a standard 7 round mag.

Currently 7 round Colt mags seem hard to find. Brownells and others are out of stock.
