McCarthy was a lying, promise breaking bag of crap too. IMO he, Microdick Mike, Jeffries and Pelosi should be sutured together in a circular human centipede.

I think the Left Wing of the Democratic Party has now dominated the Party. I think what they are failing to understand is that the "Kennedy Democrats" are being disenfrachised By this hard swing far left.
So the "Upper Crust, Old Guard" Democrats are losing their seats at the table.
People are migrating out of these area's because of the onerous government they foisted upon themselves, I really doubt if they want to introduce that same Hard Core Stupidity in theirt new homes. They moved to San Antonio because they didn't want to step in human poop in the streets.
So the "Upper Middle Class" has been leaving like a herd of Lemmings for a decade or more now.
The Middle Class are still feeling the effects of Coivid on their budgets, many have switched jobs or taken on something they wouldn't have thought of before. These folks, many are young Families have probobly been effected more by Gas Prices and Inflation, you simply cant pay 30% more for groceries and not notice it.

Many of these folks will vote for Kennedy.

    This has upset some people...
    https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/polit...1fd88b8b&ei=14

The NAACP is not happy with ESPN personality Stephen A. Smith regarding his comments on Donald Trump's legal woes.
Smith argued that Black Americans can relate to Trump.
“Black folks find him relatable because of what he is going through is similar to what Black Americans have gone through, he wasn’t lying. He was telling the truth," Smith said.

The NAACP responded to Smith's comments on social media.
"Relatable!?! Show of hands: Anyone in your Black family have 88 felony charges pending, filed for bankruptcy 6x, made an attempt to overthrow a presidential election and our democracy, and still have the ability to fall asleep in court and dream of being POTUS?" they wrote.

Smith ultimately responded on social media, suggesting that he was being misinterpreted.
This is absolutely, positively, sad that you — @NAACP — would misrepresent my comments like this. I was asked what Blacks WHO SUPPORT TRUMP are thinking as to why they support him. I answer THAT question. Sad! But you’re entitled. Good luck. Maybe that will beat Trump, since little else seems to be working — which was my overall point. We shall see," he wrote.

Interesting how divicive it is to point out the obvious.

LOL, you don't think they will ever actually settle the national debt, do you? We crossed the Rubicon on the debt a ways back. It doesn't matter if it's $34T or $340T, when you never intend to even try to reduce it. It might as well be 34 trillion unicorns frolicking on clouds of cotton candy. It doesn't even mean anything anymore.

I'm afraid you seriously underestimate their lifelong commitment to being obtuse.

    Jan 17 2024,

    Mike Johnson:

    excerpts

"We're not playing politics with this, we're demanding real, transformative policy change, because that's what the American people need and deserve, and that they're demanding as well," Johnson told reporters Wednesday morning. "House Republicans are standing on that line. I will tell the president that today —I’ve been saying it consistently since the moment I was handed the speaker’s gavel."

".....before we even talk about Ukraine, I'm going to tell the president, and I'm telling all of you… border, border, border," Johnson said. "We have to take care of our own house. We have to secure our own border before we talk about doing anything else."

    90 days later...

Mike Hakeem Johnson orchestrates the House passage of funding for Ukraine, Hamas, Israel, Taiwan and others as millions of illegals continue to stream unabated across the Southern border... “My philosophy is do the right thing and let the chips fall where they may.", Johnson said.

And the chip will fall on party suicide, joining the Whigs in Hell and... well, we lost the Republic in 2001 with Patriot Act, the resulting Dem blowout when pissed-off R voters see they no longer have voice will just be the burial. Theen it's all over except the fighting over the estate... man, I wish I could get my family's crap together and get us out from behind enemy lines.

It never ceases to amaze me how many Republicans start out strong, and rapidly go soft/RINO. Really makes you wonder if they rapidly get blackmailed, or, if I'm being charitable, are briefed on secret intel that causes them to change their votes. Most folks don't shift their opinions that quickly on their own.
It's f*****g great, putting holes in people, all the time, and it just puts 'em down mate, they drop like sacks of s**t when they go down with this.

Guaranteed that is the correct answer.

The old saying "The apple doesn't fall far from the tree" is quite appropriate......J. Edgar Hoover reportedly had a dossier on just about all politicians. I suspect that the FBLie is still doing it.

I think alot of it is the "Mr. Smith Goes To Washington" syndrome, where they all eventually realize that the path to riches, power, and longevity in office is dependent on swimming in the swamp.
