I also use the RCBS ChargeMaster. With some of the speed mods as well as the McDonald's straw trick.

When I am loading for accuracy I throw to within 2 grains then trickle up to the weight using one of these.

    Dandy Trickler

It will allow you to throw single kernels of extruded powder, which makes the RCBS a bit more accurate, as you can charge to right when the display switches over to your target weight. Takes a bit of getting used to, but works well for me when I need the absolute most consistent loads.

Using this method with the RCBS I can get single digit ES numbers when the brass is sorted by head stamp. The brass volume variability is the largest variable.

I don't usually shoot long distance for accuracy so sorting by head stamp is all I do to make things consistent. If you shoot at distance for accuracy buy Lapua brass and take that variable out of your equation.

Whatever you do, use the damn dust cover when measuring/dispensing a load.
Too many folks over on youtube not understanding how sensitivity those loads cells are.

Having looked into this a year or two ago, I bought a Chargemaster Lite...

I have the older Chargemaster and it works well. Lots of new tech since I bought mine so I cannot say what is best today.

You can make just as accurate ammo with a manual trickler and a decent digital scale. The Redding trickler is good quality at a reasonable price.

Charge master or Hornady LnL have both been fantastic. Just at a straw to the dispenser tube especially for finer powders. McDonald's are a perfect fit.

I'm firmly wedded to a an RCBS Competition Powder measure w/Pistol drum for 5.56, or an old RCBS Uniflow for rifle charges over 40 grains.

These manual measure/throws plus battery operated scale ( Old 505 scale as backup)are not much slower than the electronic ones, but are much cheaper, don't require electricity which may not be available if shtf , and don't require a 2 cent straw to make a $400 dispenser to work properly.

    IMHO and YMMV.....
