    Aimpoint big announcement?

I’m sure many of you received info on Aimpoint announcing a new product on the 17th. Anyone know what they are making a big deal about? Often these things are hard to keep under wraps but they have my interest.

What ever it is, I am looking forward to learning more. I treat it as investment grade stuff. The firearms that protect my family wear Aimpoint optics.

I have some friends that will be at SHOT and will report back on what they see there as well.

We'll use this thread as the main discussion for whatever they release, so we don't have a couple of threads to search for data.

I got the email as well. I’m intrigued to see what the new thing is. Maybe a 3x prism sight? An LPVO?

Better be something good. The last few "big announcements" they've had turned out to be pretty lame.

ACRO P-2 variant with a vent rib mount. Think S-1, but ACRO instead of Micro.
