New Ruger Made Marlin 336 availability

I’ve been looking to pick one of these up this year for some hog hunting and next years deer season. They seem to be dropping in very limited availability, though. I’m not in a hurry to get one, and curious if the distribution is going to get more widespread or if I should get on a waiting list. Any insight would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

They're out there and get scooped up instantly. LGS had 2 1895 Rugers when I called and within 30 minutes, I arrived to watch 2 people filling out forms to buy them.

Sign up for notify on the online (PSA,PA,GAG, etc) sites that have your LGS FFL is what I did, but need to be quick or they're gone pretty quick.

Quick update: I was messing around on GB and placing bids just because, and dam it, I ended up winning a new marlin in 357! The winning bid was $880.00!! So, with that said I have one on the way. GB is crazy with them & I saw a few @ a gun show last weekend. I did ask one of my gun guys and none were available through him so I went and looked on GB just for the heck of it. There are bunches of them for under $1K with no bids and then the low-start auctions have 20 bids and the idiots just push em up over $1K. Mine will be $1080.00 with everything out the door, I think that's pretty fair. Once I get it home and give it the once over, I'll get out to the range and let ya know how it shoots. I'll bring my Henry 357 also for a side-by-side comparison, it should be fun.
