BCM blem uppers

In my admittedly small sample of three of the receivers under discussion, I found no blemishes; consistently tight fit required "thermal fit" which, in my case anyway, was achieved by following the instructions that came with the receivers. BCM's sold these blem uppers for many years. They used to constantly go in and out of stock, but have been available at this price for quite a while.

Same here. Both builds required heat to the upper, and not hair dryer or heat gun heat either. More like a torch. Wish they had mk2 blems

According to the description these are not just blems, but demos. I asked a BCM rep what demo means and he was intentionally very vague and would not
elaborate but he did confirm that they were not just blems.

I know the answer to that question but any criticism of BCM is playing Russian Roulette here. I got mine. DidnÂ’t say anything.

If you want a solid, air tight upper that has ZERO movement, try a SOLGW upper. Not so sure about their barrels though from my experience. Good people there.
