    FWIW

    The GLx series is a higher quality/performance than the SLx series. If you were going for durability, I'd definitely take the GLx first.

    The only optic I’ve had on an AK is an Aimpoint Micro on an Ultimak. I consider it a point blank to 100yd-200yd max gun, which is more than fine for the intended purpose.

    The sight I linked to is a prism sight with an etched reticle. That alone hints that it has some durability.
