The concerning thing is, I like to play a little "what if/worst case scenario" game with myself to game out events like this in public spaces I might frequent and this is.... almost exactly a scenario I'd come up with.

If I remember correctly out of choices of theaters, he chose the one that had signs stating no firearms permitted. This location was also the farthest one from his apartment.
