It's funny, now CD's are really cheap at the used book stores. Vinyls are expensive but nobody wants CD's. There are some great albums for sale for really cheap on CD that are in great shape, no scratches.
I was a DJ from '84 to '95. Always vinyl, I never purchased a CD in my life until I was getting married and had to buy 10 of them to create our wedding compilation CD. I might currently own 18 CDs. To me it was a dead format and useless to a "live mix" DJ.

How did being a DJ affect the ladies?

    I don't like Country unless it's pretty old. Early 80's & back.
Bluegrass is neat though I rarely listen to it.

You don't like Hair Metal? What do you consider Ratt, Motley Crue, and similar? Some good songs came from bands like that.

I enjoy pretty much all rock. Heck all of the concerts I've been to are either rock or an alternative rock. (From M. Manson to Sublime) I listen to alot of EDM when I drive, especially if it's dark.

I feel like I'm missing alot of '80's bands that are touring these days.

Between concerts, clubs, loud cars, loud stereos in cars, and gunfire I'm amazed my hearing is as good as it is. I should be deaf.

The Marilyn Manson concert scared me my ears were so F'ed up walking out of it.

There's been rumors about him forever, and rumors like that usually have some merits. I never understood how such a non talent became so damn wealthy. I literally don't know a single "song" he's done. He's got his whole house wired up to video all the celebs etc having sex apparently, and proves once again the only color that really matters is green. He got on his plane disappeared some place in the Bahamas supposedly. Whether the authorities know where he is is unclear. We know he groomed young men and women for the biz, and didn't make any attempts to hide that either.

Whatever it takes to not hear another opinion about that boat.

Which moved to pompano after Fort L decided to be more family oriented. It's in a crap area now.
