Prism with RMS?

Thinking of this for my VZ 58:

Why? The VZ can only mount a smaller optic and it seems a shame not to give it some sort of range and take advantage of the accuracy potential. But to also use an RMS on top for close range (10-25 yards) would seem to make sense. Anyone run this to good effect?

Looks cool with the ability to mount the RMR. I've got a PA GLX 3x on my VZ and like it a lot.
