At this point, if you've been paying attention, the violence is steadily increasing in major Cities and calls for "Death to America" in Dearborn Mich.
Add in a weak President and a Party who've become disenchanted with him and pay revolt at the Convention.
Pressures keep stacking as we go deep in to an emotional election cycle.

I predict chaos, burning and looting with very few actual arrests.

The biggest take away from this is that at least some Guardsmen are armed with loaded weapons. Honestly wasn't sure if that was the case or not. Hopefully they can get a looser ROE sooner rather than later.
