Colt 16" unthreaded 9mm barrel - which model?

I have two Colt brand 16" 9mm barrels that are not threaded.

Despite searching, I could not find any model Colt 9mm carbine that used such barrels - although obviously there was such a beast produced during the dark days of the national AWB.

Which model Colt 9mm were these barrel for?
