The WP has a 14" barrel and is 26" long with the Bird's Head grip, so the same gun with a 12.5" barrel would be ~24.5"
With a 14" barrel, you can run a +1 extension, if that extra round means anything to you?

I have an original 80's manufactured Witness Protection "WP870" with the choked 12.5" barrel and stem to stern it's 24"
