Honestly, I'd pass on it for a serious use rifle. There are 3 things that stick out about the last time I shot one. The muzzle brake is very loud and puts out a nice fireball. The metal handguard gets pretty hot, and the wire stock is not very comfortable.

I think you would be much better off with an Arsenal SLR-107 if you want a folding stock. Another possible alternative would be to take a standard AK and add a Polish type wire folder. I'm not a huge fan of the wire folder types, but you could take advantage of other muzzle devices and have a traditional forend for better heat management.
