The lower receiver is registered as the SBR with a form 1. Once I got approval from the BATFE, I started to build my SBR.

I just recently purchased a suppressor from a dealer and I had to fill out a form 4.

    I hope this helps

LMT - Did you have any luck finding a lawyer who's familiar with preparing a NFA Trust in the Las Vegas area? I'm really interested as well! Thanks.

I was referred to Bolick & Boyer by a friend. They were on the ball with communications through e-mail and over the phone which I was very happy with. However, they wanted $1500 so I declined to use their services.
I think I'll be going the home trust route and saving quite a few pennies in the process unless someone knows of a more reasonably priced alternative to B&B.

    sorry for the late reply

I did it with theguntrustlawyer.com, they charge $600, is too much money IMO, but can't find one locally, I've emailed another lawyer in elko for a friend, just waiting for him to reply, I'll let you know if he'll do it for less.

Does the name of a trust have to be unique or anything else? Spending pennies on ammo now, but I can hear the suppressor calling me, very faintly.
The Second Amendment ACKNOWLEDGES our right to own and bear arms that are in common use that can be used for lawful purposes. The arms can be restricted ONLY if subject to historical analogue from the founding era or is dangerous (unsafe) AND unusual.

    It's that simple.

    FMCDH,

I simply named my trust after my wife and I and we used Quicken Willmaker at a local store that has done it for MANY customers. Mine was approved no problem.
