Additionally I mailed a Form 1 for SBR 4 days later (Nov 19). I just called about it (for the first time) and its pending date is Jan 29 (Suppressor for Nov 15 was pending date Jan 9). She quoted me 9 months from pending, which is exactly what they said when I called in January to find out the Suppressor's pending date

Funny how I mailed the Form 1 in only 4 days after buying the suppressor, but the pending date is 20 days later. We'll see how far apart the two arrive.

Unfortunately I still don't have an upper to make an SBR with, but at least I'll be ready lol

I wouldn't put a lot of stock in their estimations. I called mid June about a Form 1 I e-filed in Feb. They told me it'd be another 3 months or so. I received my stamp first week of July. NFAtracker.com was much more accurate.

Ahhhh.... this almost takes me back to the good old 2010 days when my form 1 only took 3 months.

I'm pretty impressed with the ease of dealing with the Silencer Shop.

Might have been approved a week or so earlier but my dealer who submitted the E form made several mistakes. The young lady who called and assisted me could not have been more pleasant or helpful. She truly went out of her way to get it approved as quickly as she could. Multiple phone conversations and emails with a form or two uploaded got it taken care of. I was thoroughly surprised and impressed with her desire to assist me.

She is the contractor who reviews the forms. Ted Cutler actually signed mine.

I'm pretty impressed with the ease of dealing with the Silencer Shop.

This is good to hear since they are the one that I'll be purchasing my suppressor from.
Too bad eForms is not working, I guess I will have to wait 10 months for my paper form (4) to clear the ATF.
