I've sone two SBR Form 1's recently. Between October and December. Trust format eForm. Both approved within 30-35 days.

Now, my FFL Form 4 submitted in October sat at the post office for 3 months, so says the FFL. Arrgghhh.

Sounds more like the FFL forgot to mail it out, that's why I always look to see if my check has been cashed by the ATF within a week after sending it in.

Hot damn! Got my fingers crossed i'll be getting my stamps soon! I submitted a few form 4s on 10/14/14, and the checks were cashed 10/20/14.

For those in MD, looks like the SBR Form 1 hangup with the MSP and ATF may finally be resolved.

Just got two back, submitted the same day.
