My M16 recently took about a month and a half via a paper Form 3.

Just called to check the status of a suppressor. I bought it before the P41 or F41 Law and it took the company about 6 months to get it in stock and file the paper work. Was mailed in late Jan. of '17
ATF said for a form 4 under a trust, they are just now processing third week submissions of November for 2016.

So right under a year wait.

A friend submitted in mid October ‘16 and he has been told any time by the atf for a few weeks

I just got a Form 4 Individual back that was submitted in late Jan. I also received a Form 1 a few weeks ago that was submitted in early May.

Some of you did great on the form 1. I SBR'd a lower back in Jan @ the same time when I picked up a couple of new cans...it barely came in this week. Nothing on the suppressors. Obviously on the old form.

Wait time between 2nd filing and receipt: 371 Days

** BATF informed Silencer Shop that the original FFL LGS had to be hospitalized long term. No one ever explained why they couldn't execute another transfer to the gaining FFL LGS. It was just a matter of getting screwed and not kissed.

My first suppressor experience has been a pretty frustrating experience, but makes it all the more enjoyable today.

524 days.? Makes a year seem not so bad.

I used the pre-41P form since the SOT receiver my SBR and I sent to CLEO to be signed. It was signed before the cut-off date, but mailed after. FML
