I called today to see if there was some status I could find out. I had originally submitted my Form (e-filed) in June. SilencerShop contacted me in November and said the LGS owner had been hospitalized indefinitely and I had to re-submit my paperwork. Not sure why there couldn't have been a transfer, but there wasn't. So November 2016 I resubmitted everything, did my prints and photo. Heather S. at Silencer Shop told me that the ATF said they would expedite my Form 4 considering I had already waited 5 months and this occurred through no fault of my own.
Today I spoke with Melissa. She said it's still in the pending pile. She said individual Form 4's are processing faster than Form 4's submitted through a Trust. She said for Trust Form 4's they are still processing August.
Melissa also said there was absolutely NOTHING on my account or submission that indicated an expediting of anything. That's pretty disappointing. Waiting to hear from Heather, but really, there's nothing to be done.

Obviously the BATFE is trying to communicate that Trusts are no longer welcome, what with all the crimes committed by Trustees with NFA items.

I have been waiting for 13 months for an Omega on trust. My Octane took 9 months. People are getting back so much quicker without a trust.

Yep, my last pair of silencers through Silencer Shop took nearly 14 months via my Trust. Clearly, Trust owners are the beneficiary of 41f! LOL Patience is not my virtue.
