Yep, just had the same thing happen two weeks ago. Call and ask for the Eforms specialist. I spoke to him and had a new email and my attached stamp in 5 minutes.

Ok got my new email , took a few hours.

Form1 trust, Efiled.

Not sure when I could have had them but he's a tax guy and said he was slammed for the last few weeks. Probably at least 2 weeks ago they were ready, no huge deal now that I know that was the hold up. I've got a few more and told him to just wait until they were all ready. I got to see the others at least...lol

Don't feel bad. My card was charged July 10 and I've received nothing yet. I was hoping it would be pin by the end of this month which is already here. Maybe next month ... (???) I submitted Form 1 / trust / regular mail.
