I am still waiting on the Gemtech Mist I bought in August. Called the ATF and they said the check was cashed Sept 19 and they were still waiting on one of the individuals on the trust background to come in from FBI. Anybody else ever had this hangup? It is only my wife and I listed as trustees. She is a stay at home that has a super clean record.

They are just sitting on it to make it more of a PITA for trust owners.

I am the only person on my trust yet every purchase seems to take over a year.

I’m waiting on another can, my first individual file. Mainly wanted to see what the delta was between the individual and trust. 7 mon isn’t bad compared to my first Trust wait.

Congrats! The Omega 9K looks right at home on the 19X. SilencerCo announced last week that they are going to start producing the OMG9K in FDE. I plan on ordering one for my 19X.

That’s what they said about my F4 also when I called a month ago. They are waiting on one of the people on the trust FBI background investigation. It’s only me and my wife as trustees. I have a Gov clearance and she has never even had a speeding ticket.

Mine is obviously just me, & I know I'm good, I'm assuming the Fed is just..backed up??..you'd think the two of you would have breezed through!?!?
