That's promising. My F1 Individual was sent on 4/16. I'm not far off from the 3 month mark!

Unfortunately my SBR sent the same day was returned June 15th because they no longer accept the generic "AR-15" for model. I've since sent it back with "A-15" per my DPMS lower with a giant picture showing the actual engraving. We'll see how long it takes this time.

Not to get anyone overly excited but according to the gentlemen I talked to today my 4/16 submitted Form 1 was approved at the end of last week. He said July 4th, but I'm thinking that it was really the 3rd and the registry didn't update until the 4th or something.

Regardless, if it was correct and my stamp arrives before the 16th of July....that's UNDER 90 days door to door for a paper and individual form 1.

Is anyone else having issues with the ATF online eForms site? It has said its been down for maintenance all day. It's driving me crazy, if I calculated right I should be getting my stamp today or tomorrow.

Not the case I was in contact with the examiner that disapproved my form 1 on Friday and Saturday. Ted Clutter approved my resubmit on July 5th.

My mistake I typed a O as in Oscar instead 0 as in zero
Approved 7/5 by Ted Clutter no draft water mark and no email.

Well hell, maybe it was. Mine is individual AND paper so I was expecting August at minimum. When the fella on the phone said approved I was truly shocked and even made sure of what he said. When the stamp gets here I'll 100% believe it. I'm having a hard time believing I went under 90 days door to door.

Same thing happened to me. Mine finally came through approved by Ted over the holiday weekend. ATF owes me $400 in refunds.
