I just got an email from THSF that an approved Form 4 (trust) that was mailed on 7/8 was waiting for a pick-up. I can't make it down to Charlotte this week to get it, so no idea yet as to the official "approved" date. However, it appears that the NFA Branch is cutting through the pre-41F rush at a pretty good clip.

Have you called the NFA Branch for a status check? They are approving early July submissions now...

I just got an email from THSF that an approved Form 4 (trust) that was mailed on 7/8 was waiting for a pick-up. I can't make it down to Charlotte this week to get it, so no idea yet as to the official "approved" date. However, it appears that the NFA Branch is cutting through the pre-41F rush at a pretty good clip.

I had a stamp come in a week or two ago, and the dealer indicated that mailing the can to the recipient was no longer permitted re ATF regs.

That's correct. Mine told me the same thing.

Those of you with Silencer Shop 06 purchases were very likely not filed until first week in July. That's how mine was anyway. Remember the picture of the pickup truck full of Priority Mail boxes?

I'm thinking they were processing orders and then went for one giant shipment in July just before the deadline.

So it's possible the ATF still doesn't even have the summit in sight if they are still working June.

Is anyone waiting on a stamp from Aug-Dec?

I'm curious if, once July's have been approved, applications plummeted, and approvals start going to extremely short turnaround times.
