Do you know when yours went pending or was it pending on July 9?

Is the date your card is the same as when it goes pending?

In my case, it was mailed on May 9, but didn't show pending until May 18...NFA folks told me they were working on submissions that were pending in the first two weeks of July. Was curious if Tylerw02's submission was pending after July 14, mainly out of of personal hope that my stamp is on its way finally!

That was submission. Dealer stated it was the quickest he'd had in a while right at ten months. It was individual suppressor.

Beats me. I'm not a lawyer, bureaucrat, or dealer, so I have no idea what the "right" answer is.
That's what he told me too. I didn't ask him what changed. They used to have notify the CLEO for 7 days, then ship. But now CLEOs have been removed from a position of responsibility. It still doesn't make any sense other than perhaps to standardize the fact a FFL can't ship you firearm? I hope to be seeing him again very soon, I'll have to ask him.

ETA: I think I might have figured it out. Apparently ATF wants a NICS check on anyone receiving a suppressor. Pre 41F the Trust person may not have had a background check. After 41F they would be checked through the Trust process and noted on the forms. So I think it has to do with the NICS parts. Maybe they can mail post 41F filings. That sort of makes sense. a pre 41F Trust person could potentially receive a suppressor in the mail otherwise. Whereas a Post 41F Trust person would have submitted prints, photos, and notice to CLEO.

That is exactly correct. Post 41F can be shipped.
