NFAtracker.com puts my examiner @ 45 days from pending -> stamps, I would assume she'll give me the OK any day now. but the lady who did the update for me said it could take up to 5 months.

I was told 4 or 5 months also. I wouldnt stress it though. I sent mine in on July 13, It was recieved on the 15th. Its also been pending for awhile.

My examiner is Shipman, he's pretty fast from what Im reading. Hopefully it will be soon

Call BATF this morning to check on my M4-2000 just for the hell of it. This is how it went.

Me: May I speak with Suzanne Santamaria?
BATF: Yes. Just one moment.
SS: Suzanne Santamaria
Me: Yes. I'd like to check status on my suppressor.
SS: You have to call 304-616-4500 to do that.
Me: I did
SS: And they gave you to me?
Me: I asked for you. You are the SC examiner right?
SS: Well, status checks should be made through the main number. So, what is your serial number?
Me: I gave it to her.
SS: You were assigned to Nancy Flanagan but she is not longer here. Let me see. Yes you have been bumped to me. You are pending since June. I'm just starting May forms. It will most likely be 4 to 6 months before you see approval.
Me: Oh. 4 to 6 months from when you received my forms?
SS: Yes that is correct. But, I'm just starting what we received beginnng the first of May.
Me: Okay. Thanks for the information. Have a good day.
SS: Goodbye
Me: I hang up. SHIT!!!

Sounds like the realignment backed everything up. I was told my original examiner will continue my case, even though he is NOT my state examiner.

Lady said to expect FIVE months!!! I'm 2-1/2 in.... Uggh
