I sent in a similar letter to ATF about 8 months ago, went from a 14.5" bbl to a 7.5" bbl. I never heard back, so my reply is probably only a year away!!

I did the same thing back in 2008, slightly longer than yours, a little over 2 years.

I'm approved! Called today and lady said it could take up to a month to receive my approval. WTF? I faxed up my 5320 and already recieved it back. Crazy bureaucracy.

FORMS RECEIVED 10/3/2011. I am finally legal!!!!!! Not trying to rub it in, but I've been waiting 5 long months for this day to come. Be patient and have fun.
