Red is 100 proof. Blue is only 80.

A red label Glock is a standard Glock with 2 standard capacity magazines.

A blue label Glock is for LEO sales with 3 standard capacity magazines and special LEO pricing (which is even cheaper than dealer cost on a red label gun).

A non-LEO can get red label Glocks pretty close to blue label LEO prices by joining GSSF and purchasing directly from Glock Inc (must be transferred at a dealer in your home state).

Nice Pistola BTW... Interesting the Austrian markings though... I wonder if we will see any "Rough Texture" ones coming with those markings...
I put about 200 rounds through one this weeked for familiarization... I must say I'm impressed with the accuracy and ergonomics of the 19.

I *might* have to get one for CCW. I don't want to become a "two gun" guy, though.
