    S&W i-bolt

I had a chance to manhandle one of these a local shop, and it seemed very well put together. Anyone got to shoot one? Impressions?

I really, really, liked this rifle, but I'm absolutely shocked it's not available in .308.

    WTF, over?

Based on the Thompson Icon, since S&W bought Thompson. Doesn't have the accuracy guarantee like the Icon. Personally I would get the Icon since they now make it in synthetic. The Icon comes in .308

Was just on TC's site. They have some nice options in rifles. Wish I had $3K I didn't need for a 'Warlord'.

Once again S&W lets their fans down. Apparently all I Bolts are recalled............."WE ASK THAT YOU STOP USING YOUR (i-Bolt) RIFLE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE." I am sure some people were pissed, this memo came out in the middle of Deer season in the south. Anything man made can break, anything S&W WILL break...........LOL
