Any Problems w/ The Adams Arms Piston Conversion?

I don't see a lot of posts about the Adams Arms Piston Conversion. I wonder wh, because its design seems sound, and I think that the one piece BC and the large area at the rear of the BC would halp prevent carrier tilt. It is my understanding that the specialized BC is not a 100% fix to the carrier tilt issue, but that it helps. Seems better than the other piston conversion competitors. Anyway, is there a major flaw in the Adams Arms Piston Conversion that I'm missing?

That gun went down during a TR course. Had to use my buddy's cleaning rod to punch out a stuck case.

So, was the stuck case due to the barrel or the Adams Arms Piston Kit?
