Are Warrens and Heinie's the same height on a Glock?

    Like the title says...

Are Warren rear sights and Heinie rear sights the same on a Glock?

Can I swap out either one of the rear sights while still using the same Warren front sight?

The Glock in question is my G21.

A blend of Warren and Heinie sights worked fine on my Glocks.

    I can't say for sure...

I can't say for sure (no caliper, sorry), but doing the MK1 eyeball test they appear exactly the same hight. I checked from the back, side and holding the sights next to each other. I have a warren competition rear on my G34 and Heinie straight eights on my G19.

    Sorry I couldn't help more.

I had a set of Heinie straight 8's on my G19 and the POI was about 1-1.5" above the front sight with 124 gr +p gold dots. I did not want to go with a taller front sight so I tried out the warren's, and it is dead on. I think the warren front sight is shorter than the heinie front sight though, so the rear sight must also be lower to make the POI what it is.

Warren sights and Heinie sights are the same height, Glock OEM sights are shorter.
