I got a friend that wants a cheaper, but just as good altenative to Leupold for scopes. We are talking about 6-20 X power tactical style. Any sugestions. By the way he is shooting a Marlin .30-06 bolt action if that matters.

Burris and not a 6-20x, way too much scope for a 30-30.

Still too much scope!He's got a .30-06 not a 30-30
