what do you guys think, companies that pump out billions of primers a month can not produce any now?

i think there may be more to the drying up phase than we are told.
The government couldn't keep something like that a secret

Mark, did the small rifles sell out?? I checked this AM

209's don't fit very will accept in scatter guns.

Normally, bullets and primers are the 1st to catch up but this primer deal has gone on longer than I thought. I have tried without success to trade 1k-2k large magnums for some small rifles but no one wants to bite down in this area.

I scored 9000 large rifle primers so I am up to 15k there. But I need more small rifle as I only have 9500.

I will probably never figure that out, and will not likely be selling anything. I will thank you for throwing me under the bus though.

I'm just recently becoming a reloader myself but am in dire need of some small primers. This is all good info and pretty damn funny also (I'm at work with nothing better to do and trying to stay awake). All I can think of doing besides waiting is call every place on the internet and keep calling until you find some in stock somewhere.

I was told by a "gunshop guru" that CCI layed off their production crew in the last months of last year due to economic down turn. Then the SHTF and those folks had found other jobs...so a new crew had to be hired and trained, now they are behind on production. Remember this came from a "gunshop guru" how much is fact is not known by me.
Any day you can pull a trigger is a good day.
