I placed my first order with them a few days before I saw this thread. I received a voicemail from Wes saying that I put the wrong number in my address (bill to said "80" as the street number and the correct "800" in the ship to address). I sent them an email with the correct address and shortly after I noticed a charge on my card. That is good customer service in my opinion.

Oh, almost forgot, I haven't sent them a copy of any IDs yet. We'll see if they give me another call.
