Your thoughts on the Glock 19

Just wanted opinions on the Glock 19 (good or not so good) I have one and love it just want your thoughts.

You have a great pistol with a solid 20 year reputation and you love it. I don't think you need other input unless you just want to start second guessing yourself for some reason which always seems popular on the forums.

The stock sights are usually the first thing to go on many people's G19. The third gen finger groves are fussy for some hands. IMO the factory mag release sucks, but that's where the Tango Down Vickers Tactical extended unit comes into play...

other than that, brilliant piece. Very happy with mine.

Many pages of discussion on the G19 itself, and in comparison/contrast to others.

The G19 tends to be alot of peoples go to gun on this forum. I have a Gen 2 and would highly recommend it. I'm picking up my S&W M&P 9mm today as I want to compare the 2 and see which platform will work out best for me. Try doing a search and you'll come up with tons of info.

I tried typing in Glock19 under the search but didnt come up with much of anything. I do like hearing other peoples opinions.

Just put Glock in the search under the handgun section and you'll find plenty of stuff about the G19. Unfortunately most forum search engines suck because they won't allow you to use short search terms like "G19".
