I called the ATF about a month ago to get the nessary form to build an SBR i still have not received the paper work are they that far behind, or did i do something wrong??

Go on atf.gov and save the pdf, fill it out, then just print out two copies, don't forget double-sided.

I should mention that I go to the ATF website because they have a habit of changing forms out of nowhere and titleii.com doesn't always update the forms in a timely manner. Also, the downloadable forms on the ATF website can be filled out just like the ones on the titleii website finally.
